• Nic Wing - two years ago

Last week it was just two years ago that our BOTL and dear friend Nic Wing passed away.

Join me in remembering Nic at his best - a loving, warm gentleman who was dedicated to his friends and his love of cigars.

Well said Deano he was indeed a warm and generous man, no doubt sorely missed by his near, dear and friends alike.

Good reminder Deano. As I am offshore I'll wait until I am in Havana next month & smoke a cigar for him at the Conde de Villaneva, where we smoked together in 2011.2011 March Cuba 020.1.jpg

As noted in don TJ’s journals, the inaugural London Cuban Cigar Walk in 2009 will always by the highlight of the don’s puro journey. I remember don TJ telling us younger Coros the story of the famous walk and how senor brokenwing (aka nick wing) could not have been a more gracious, generous host to a stranger from a very strange land, also known as State of Mind, Mx.

          Rest in peace, amigo.

Two years, time flies, feels like just yesterday we had our final catch up at JJ Fox. RIP.
