D4 are suppose to last minutes ! I thought they were 10 minutes shorts

You're confusing them with the Monte Open series Mo, smoke for ten minutes then ditch it for something good!

Dry boxing may worsen matters, if the ambient temp/ humidity is ‘worse’ than your humidor.

I’m currently setting up a third humidor and will run it at 62% to have control over bringing the over humidified / recalcitrant sticks into line.

i recently purchased a box of Bolivar PCs that were delicious for a day or so, then promptly shut down when introduced into my 65% humidor .... these will be first guests into new humidor.

Why not just run your humidor at 62
