    I'm not an audiophile.

See a guy on the tube this morning with ear defenders on and wires coming probably from his in ear phones!

That's 2.99 for the big orange ear defenders and whatever for the headphones!

Ok it's not active noise cancelling. But good idea lol

No one said they were, if you read it you'll see it was in reply to Banos' post not the noise cancelling topic images-1.jpeg

I have a set of bose q25 wired version for few years, I wouldn't go on a flight without them. Thoroughly recommended.

Looking at these but the wireless ones. For the money they seem great.

Recommend Bose for the best quality, Sennheiser for best value

I wouldn't recommend AKGs though - I've had two pairs, and the sound bleed on them was absolutely awful. Maybe alright if you're at home on your own, but I wouldn't be comfortable on public transport using these

OK, I know this might seem ridiculous but I bought the following for my two kids last Christmas. My son is 15 and plays all sorts of music at all sorts of volumes. He absolutely loves them - says theyíre the best heís had. Iíve listened and they sound fantastic but Iím not the best judge!

They've got good reviews too! MLW was mentioning I should get some BT headphones for the TV. Will look into these at this price.

Still dithering about noise cancelling ones though...

    Taken the plunge on these

LINDY BNX-60 - Bluetooth Wireless Active Noise Cancelling Headphones with aptX https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01AAGIK..._U3jqCbJMV4EKC

Really didn't want to spend silly money but reviews seem good...lets see how they are when they come tomorrow.
