Bolt identification needed

Asking for a friend, neighbour in fact...does anyone know what this part is called and where to procure one? It's from his Stag Minstrel wardrobe apparently. He's been to local hardware store but the owner had no idea..

I wondered if anyone here might know [MENTION=13462005]moteyi[/MENTION] in particular (though I may be doing you a disservice based on the quality of your work) or anyone else for that matter. Cheers.

Is there a slot or recess on the head or is it flat? Also can you ask where on the wardrobes it came from as it doesn't ring any bells.

[MENTION=13462005]moteyi[/MENTION] Says it's a flat head and it comes from the following pic. Another piece of wood lays on top with holes aligned. The bolt goes through and small end locks into the white cap. Thanks Steve.

They're called locking cam bolts.
You can get them from Amazon or online hardware suppliers.
