  • Recommendation for JJ's

    Morning.
Really enjoying this forum so far - some very interesting threads for a new guy.
I have a question and whilst I am aware there is no correct answer, I'm after some opinions and advice please:
I'm meeting some colleagues on the South Bank tomorrow afternoon for a drink meeting. I thought I may take the opportunity to first swing by JJ Fox's and have a look around and have a smoke in their lounge. I have never visited before.
I was hoping for some recommendations of something to try, based on my liking the following two sticks:

    Boli UK Regional 2015
    Partagas Serie P No. 2

Talk to the staff, enjoy the experience of being walked around the humidor!

But jump in with a Cohiba Robusto... hard to go wrong with a CoRo

I would just ask them...they do have some gems there....so you might find something with some great age.

Maybe the party 2014 el or could try the new boli el

If they have a boli BBF with some age try that.

I spent last Saturday there, and of course I started with my fav RASS for 21-22? , but I found a great ROBAINA CLASICOS which was disconntinued in 2012 and It was a great smoke for the same price... my 2 cents.

I see they have aged Party 898's, hard to beat that for a regular production & not to crazily priced.

I had a twenty Yr old Hoyo du depute when I went in January. Can't remember the price but definitely less than twenty quid. It was a great smoke, the staff are friendly, the nespresso was free, I sat in Churchills chair then sat in the lounge to smoke. Chatted with a couple of other gents who were great company.

Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
