No REs in 2019

I had a chat with the owner of my cigar store yesterday and he tdlm me of rumours that there probably won't be any REs for 2019 and that HSA will start a new LE program for regions or countries. Don't know if this is true or not but he also told me that there isn't a RE announced for France as of yet. I did a quick search and haven't found any information regarding REs for other countries.

I don't know if there is any truth to that or if these are just rumours but if this is the case I will certainly spend less money in 2019.

Having just bought some REs, I am not the one to complain, but I'd say good riddance.... it's nice to have some new formats etc, but I find REs hopelessly overpriced. And then you paid ?15 for a cigar that would cost ?10 in the regular production and what you get is half a box of plugged cigars...

Too many REs anyways, but I'd be surprised if they get rid of them entirely, since it's a huge market and we all love to hunt for rare cigars...

Yep, but isn't that the 2018 UK RE? It's just going to be a late release as most other REs.

I will definitely need some of those but I fear that prices will be crazy once they are released. I'm counting on one of you chaps to help me out with these.

Hmm, this is from June 2018. There hasn't been any new information since. But I'm pretty sure that HSA will come up with something to take our hard earned money from us.

I doubt they would stop these programs, at least not without replacing them with something even more ludicrously expensive.
