• Hoyo Rio Seco - anyone tried one yet?

Can't say I've seen any photos of these in the usual places yet. Anyone tried one?

• #2
Personally I'm not really interested in those since I have already quite a few big RG sticks in my stash with all those REs I've been buying over the last few years. But a few people have been raving about them in some of the FB groups but they might have been showing off since they were only recently released.

What did he think of it Shamz, any idea? I can't say I'm the biggest Hoyo fan but I'm tempted to give one a go.

Hi RobBooth. Shamz is correct, I had one at JJ Fox on the day after they had received them. I have to say that I really enjoyed it, consistent flavor throughout and very smooth. Only downside is the RG - it is the largest RG cigar I've smoked and for me is just a bit too big.

Yeah, I see what you mean, they've got quite a girth to them haven't they.

Seen a few pictures floating around over facebook, boxes look a little sorry in my eyes, pale green wrappers - no thanks!

I must have gotten a slightly better box. They're pretty well constructed and they've got nice wrappers for a standard line.
I'll give them a little rest and give one a go when the weather is a bit better.

They look much better than some, I expect its a tasty cigar just too fat for me.

proper chunky monkeys!!! are these absurdly priced? their brother hoyo de san J are pretty reasonable and seemingly not so very popular as they arent being flipped by the usual suspects for sily money (yet)!

Any sniff of the short belicosos that HdM are pushing out now/ next?

The only new Hoyo that I'm interested in atm is the Escogidos. Lovely size.

Have a box waiting for me in Germany, can't wait to bury it in the back of my Humi and to dig it out in 2022, lol!
