I’m thinking of getting a couple of each to try them. Is it a different blend to other Montecristo cigars

Aren't they a bit similar to the 80th? I had one of those when they were release but found it too young. Haven't revisited since.

I haven’t tried the 80th either but I tried the Montecristo Churchill Anejados and thought it needed aged more

Don't like the Anejados series, something fishy about them. The only one that I didn't find too bad was the Party. Will give the Dumas a try soon if I can dig one out.

Yeah I didn’t think it was great put it down to needing more age. Lol

I tried them all. There are quite some differences between the blends. I like them best in the following order: Dumas, Malt?s and Leyenda. The Dumas is the best because of the size in my mind, but else very similar to the Malt?s. Both are very good tastewise. The Leyenda is a very big cigar - similar to the Montes 80 - but in my mind not as good blend/tastewise. All three are a must try though.

I've had the Leyenda, it is a biiig cigar, just like the 80th. Not quite as good as the 80th for me though there were some similarities in the flavour. Felt a bit rougher, less refined than the 80th but maybe that will improve with age.

Is the 80th worth getting then?
