Default St Patricks Day - JJ Fox 15th March 2019

I've just booked tickets for myself and my son for the above. We will probably go to 1a before hand if anyone wants to join us. Last year was very good, and as someone who prefers Irish Whiskey to Scotch Whisky I'm looking forward to going again.

Hope to see you there. I plan to get a ticket too.

I don't think that they annonce what is on offer in advance. Last year was (I think) an Upmann Anejados paired with green spot and yellow spot whiskey.

Just seen the following on FB @7kingsguy

Paired with the Partagas 8-9-8 will be Connemara Peated Irish Whiskey and, the very special, Teeling Brabazon Series Edition 2. The traditions wont be lost on us as we will have live Irish music on the night.

Don't miss out! Last few tickets available online now https://www.jjfox.co.uk/events

Very enjoyable for me and my son enjoyed it too. Not aware of any other forum members there.

The first was the Teeling Brabazon bottling Series 2 and it was excellent. The second was the Connemara Peated Irish Whiskey which was fine, but I wouldn't buy a bottle. Interesting that they served the more expensive one first, although they suggested that as the cigar got stronger it was better paired with a peaty whiskey. .
