Just stumbled across this article about fake aged whisky. We are not alone.

With cigars you can smell them and there are a lot of tells on the boxes, stamps and labels, bands as well.

Good job I'm not a whiskeyphile.

It's quite a big market ....seen quite a few flagged up as fake in some groups I am part off.
