                  wow 200 for an epc?, resi? that's extortionate. Yes we do them in house, we charge less than the majority of the other agents in town.

                    Yep not uncommon in london. Even had a council charging 200 to private tenants on their estate as part of a refurbishment grant. You see lots of criminals in this industry, and i used to work security in a court lol!

                        I am a "learning experience architect" which means I build online/elearning modules.
