Hehe, I was offered an empty jar when I bought my one box. Turned it down. But the jar is still there, I should probably get it sent before it’s gone

Ive the last knocking of a box of selectos finos. If you have them, smoke them. For me, when released they were way way too strong. The last few years blossomed into a fantastic smoke, now they are falling off a cliff. I've five left and they will be gone in short order, last year stellar, this year good but not stellar

I find it hard to believe the Don Jose will match the SF, luckily I have a single DJ to try but the format of the SF alone, makes it stand out for me.

I had one of mine last year & I would say it was stellar, hard to believe it would drop off so soon but I will try one after Lent & judge how mine are aging.

I love the size of the SF but the DJ beats it hands down flavour-wise.
As mentioned, the SF was pretty strong on release but I found after a few years that they'd lost a lot of strength....so I sold them

Valuable info Steve - I?ll try one of my few SF?s from Simon this weekend to check if I concur. IF I do, I can relax and stop looking further for them[emoji41]

Completely agree with this. I smoked one a few I have left a few weeks back and noticiced straight away the difference. I?ve spoken to another cigar friend of mind who agrees too. I have a few left in the humi and they will be getting smoked very soon..

I believe that it's time to smoke mine as well.
