H. Upmann Robustos Anejados Vintage 2011

Has anyone tried these?

I'm thinking of picking up a couple of boxes, saving one and smoking one, the driving factor is that I can get them at a good price. I've tried a few Upmann's recently and found them interesting. A lot of people are saying it's a real light smoke, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I favour a CoRo which is usually described as medium or medium to full so I'm concerned these will be too light for me.

Do any of you fine connoisseurs have opinions on this stick?

Admittedly, of the three I?ve had, one was outstanding - almost the perfect smoke - the other two were just very good.

H. Upmann Robustos Anejados Vintage 2011

So I'm off work and the sun is out, thought I'd crack these open and see what they are about. Personally I really like this cigar and I'm glad I took the plunge. Lovely smooth creamy leather and almonds, with the strength picking up as you smoke and a coffee note coming into play.

I only bought the one box in the end after realising I didn't have room in the humi for two, and what a shame it is too. Could smoke these for days!

Hi Puropunch, I don't have PM privileges on this forum but I've tried to send a message through tapatalk. Not sure if that'll get through to you.

I've only smoked the one so far but it was very smooth and light for the first half. After that it starts getting stronger. Most people will make it through the first two thirds so it's a decent stick for all in my opinion
