Review - Partagas Serie D No.4

This is considered a Cuban classic and has been in existence for longer than youth might think. Anyway when I started out doing reviews I did this in 2012 and it's a very long very boring review. My friend Malc asked if I would do it again so here it is. I hope you enjoy it.
