Glad to hear, I didn?t find it too strong either but I?ve heard some people say it blew their socks off (not from this forum)

Quite a nice smooth start. A little sweetness. Approaching 2nd third. Build up of tar and getting some spice. Lost its flavour a bit. But still pleasant.

Down to the last quarter now. Think I'll let it go. Been very consistent and no more tar since the recut. Which also opened up the draw to very easy.

Not a bad cigar. Thanks for the new experience!

Having my second one now... This one has lots of bright tobacco in the filler and what looks like a glue stain on the side.

Straight after lighting, the first couple of puffs are very delicious though and tatse very familiar... Not sure which one it is though.

I smoked one of mine weeks ago, apologies I thought I had added my picture and comments! Not got a clue what it is, but it was really tasty - the right side of spicy, with a lot of chocolate notes for me. No pepper, and no nicotine kick, and construction was impeccable. I would certainly smoke them again, and would be tempted with a box at some point.

I do love a NC COTM for the sheer curveball nature, and guaranteed new experience!

                      JEANETTE WINTERSON,

Glad you enjoyed it, I like to mix things up now and again! Looks like I didn?t pick a ?dog? of an NC!

Certainly wasn't.. janky (guess who learned a new word [emoji16]) but of the billion NC belicosos it could be! Who knows! [emoji3]

Must be an Upmann 1844. I'm totally sure.

I've lived in London for 42 years and never heard 'janky', are you sure you haven't misheard 'skanky'?

I had a dig too and it appears to be a geek term rather than a street term.
