Picture attachments

Can't seem to attach pictures from my phone to the daily smoking threads.
Picture was 2.2mb so maybe there's a size limit?
Also mine used to come out as tiny thumbnails rather than decent sized pictures.
What am I doing wrong?

I used to have that problem. I found that if I edited the picture in some way in the phone before uploading to the Mac it solved the problem.

Mines Samsung and even if I edit and save as something else still fails to load.

I don’t use Tapatalk anymore either, apart from to post photos in the what are you smoking threads; I really dislike how Tapatalk is laid out now (and in fact am using Safari on my iPhone to post this despite having Tapatalk) but posting photos is too problematic any other way

The only way I can get photos to upload on here is to crop the picture under 2mb. It works fine if I do this although it is only thumbnail size. I don't use Tapatalk by the way.

Sorry to resurrect this but how do you post pictures of a decent size? When I upload a file it shows as a thumbnail and not the large pictures everyone else seems to be able to post.
No I won't use Tapatalk as I've heard horrid things about it.
What am I doing wrong?
