There is ice cream all over Havana but generally you need to find a way to get CuP to pay for it which isn't quite so straight forward! About 2p for a cone though!

So I have been to the Hotel Libre x2 & seen this Ice Cream parlour but never realised what it actually was! Just noticed the shape of the building. Of course we were eating icecream served in the restaurant attached to the hotel so it's no loss but would have been nice to have seen it up close but no wait at the restaurant! The Cigar shop at the Libre is worth the visit & why we were there. I picked up he last box of Cohiba Especiales in Havana there 2 yrs ago! At least I never saw another box that trip.

Would agree it?s definitely not gelato but it seems to be in the thing for locals currently to get ice cream and then FaceTime their friends in the parks
