Had them a few years, picked up a box in Spain in 2015/6 put them to bed and just dug them out. Think they might need another 6-12 months to be at their best though. Isn?t every decent Friday afternoon POETS day?

The Viga were a good find. Every non-duty weekend was POET's day in the mob (usually every other weekend, when oyu left at lunch time to travel back up the line to wherever home was) but in my game doesn't really apply, I am either working the whole week or off the whole week.

Sorry newb question but are these privately made to replicate a BHK 56?

The Alex (Glez) he refers to is a very friendly custom roller based out of west Havana that does a whole range of custom rolls. They?re bandless so not exportable out of Cuba in commercial quantities so have to be collected there.

His version of a bhk 56 yes but sell for a tiny fraction of the price and if you ever go to Cuba. Custom rolls are by far the best bang for the buck out there imho

                Here’s the answer
i wouldn’t say a fraction though, but 10 CUC which is about 1/3 of BHK price in Cuba, - IF they can be found. The only comparison is the size though, but still all of Alex’ cigars are really good, and they come from 5 CUC up.

Thanks for the info guys. Hopefully I?ll be able to pick a 52, 54 and 56 up when I get PM?s as unfortunately I don?t think I?ll be heading to Cuba anytime soon [emoji17]

Does he charge as much as that? I managed to just miss him on his holiday so picked up a number of his standards but they were all about half that and I guessed the unusual ones he did more for fans that contacted him but I?d definitely happily pay him 10cuc in Cuba for those

Yeah he makes a lot of standard stuff which can be a few CUC cheaper, and he makes a ton of money for a Cuban - he’s easily at ten times a doctors salary
