  • Best cigar lounge you have been to

I live in rented accommodation so smoking indoors is not an option so especially in the winter months I tend not to smoke that much, so I would like to know if any smokers here go to cigar lounges? The best one I have been to is the Churchills lounge in London, it's got those heated lamps outside, sells nice drinks and its pretty comfortable, I would typically go there a few times during the winter months when it's a bright sunny day & I don't feel like my hands are going to drop off.

I did watch this video on Youtube showing a Humidor in Tampa and it had TV's screens, a proper bar with all the brands, nice seating areas, sold hundreds of cigars & Accessories, a place where you could work with wifi etc etc. Couldn't believe it!! Then I said to the Mrs where could I go here in the UK to get that?

There are very very few indoor cigar sampling lounges in the UK.

    And they cost a fortune.

For a cigar and a drink occasionally. Boisdales Canary wharf is great with table for laptop if needed. JJFox have coffee. I don't know any more than those.

I think I may finally have this CAD under control...

I love Cigarworld in D?sseldorf (Germany). Service is top notch even if their stock hasn't been the best for a couple of years now. But I may get very good service since I'm friends with a few guys who work there. It's worth a visit if you're in town one day. The place is huge, they have private rooms and the beverages are decently priced. Lots of rums on the menu if you fancy rum.

Can you smoke your own brought cigars?

Corinthia Hotel is good and you can smoke your own. Technically it is outside but you wouldn't know. During the day there is no minimum spend. Indoors, JJ Fox or 1a - both provide coffee and water and you can bring your own drinks but you have to buy a cigar from their humidor.

Club Macanudo in NYC, live jazz and an amazing smoke extraction system.

I'd recommend Boisdales, can even take your own smokes, beer & whisky available, decent food &heaters & blankets on the terrace.

Just to be crystal clear. You can smoke your own on the outdoor terrace, but not in the sampling lounge indoors.

Herzog at The Savoy in Berlin is something else. Great humidor too.
You can of course smoke inside with great table service. Plush leather seating... Classy
