Usually it is okay, sometimes you need to share a table.

Similarly I really fancy a few trips to some cigar friendly bars/terraces. I've heard good things about 10 Manchester Street and have promised myself for a while i'll make the effort to get there but it hasn't happened yet... always on the lookout for other such places

What's the deal with that place...do you have to buy a drink to be able to smoke your own?

I think so yes. I usually am not that prepared, so buy from their humidor as a result.

I think Manchester St has a minimum spend policy so if you take your own cigars, you have to spend ?50 or so on drinks? Not too difficult I imagine & at least that way you have your own vintage smokes.

It is difficult if you hardly drink alcohol

I can imagine it would be, in that instance I would buy a cigar i didn't have to make up the difference & stick that in the Cave later & still smoke one of mine!

50? cost to use the terrace is a lot to spend on a stick or what 5 pints!? (given inflated central london prices!!)

Cost of business for cigar smokers if you want to go to one of these terraces/sampling lounge. Cant disentangle Cigars with lots of money esp in London/UK.

Alt - go to a pub with a garden

Glad to hear it, I don't suppose there are many cigars for sale under ?20, I did check but the cigar menu, although extensive doesn't show any prices.
