    Evening all,

Off to Seville at the end of November with work and there?s a day earmarked where I can do what I like.

Ideally I?ll; drop into a couple of shops (identified already from old threads) and see if they have anything interesting to smoke....

    Find a tapas bar to have lunch at with a bottle of wine, outside;

Settle into the afternoon in said tapas bar with a cigar and watch the world go by with friends.

Anyone have any recommendations of a tapas bar that ideally has outdoor seating that I can smoke in?

    Recommendations and tips greatly appreciated!

    T

Cava de Betis on Calle Betis used to be good. Not any more. They do not have a walk-in humidor anymore. Staff don't know cigars.

Cava Arjona on Calle Arjona. Beside the river, about 200 yards north-west of the bullring. They have a great selection. The best I have found in Seville.

A google search for Cava Arjona, Calle Arjona, Seville will bring it up.

There is another shop nearby Expendeduria No. 26, a google search for Cava Pastor y Landero, Seville or Cava Expendeduria No. 26, that will find it. A walk in humidor, you may be lucky but not as good a selection as Arjona.

Look out for the new La Flor de Cano Magicos RE Espa?a. They should be out now. The Cohiba Novedosos may be available too.

If you are in Cava Arjona and you see the owner, Miguel. Tell him you know Andy Ryan, from Ireland. He has no English though, as far as I know.

There is a kiosk on the corner of the bridge just south of Cava Arjona that does a decent coffee and churro, outside smoking and nice people watching. I don't know tapas in Seville, I usually only go in to the city in the mornings as I'm there in June/July, it's too hot after mid-day.
There are a load of street-side tapas bars in that area though, with outside smoking. Some on the way to Expendeduria No. 26 from Calle Arjona. There are more in the pedestrianised area just over the bridge.

Lol.... When I was in there in the summer, I told him I was from Scotland and he showed me a picture of you and him in Cuba. He might think Ireland and Scotland are the same place

You're right though.... He's a great guy with an exceptional shop. I bought loads from him. He's a huge cigar fan and very passionate. Hugely recommended.

He is very passionate, as you say! Nice guy. He didn't have much left in July after you were there! Enough for me though.
I had to really search to find my boxes of Tauromaquia!

No, he only had 5 singles in stock when I arrived. None when I left.
I had a very hard time finding them.
None in Jerez, Marbella or Torremolinos.
I lucked out and found a box in a little place in Cadiz.

That's strange there were none left Andy!
In June they were everywhere and I think El Corte Ingl?s had about 10 boxes.
