Can't see the little top stats thing with the 10 latest posts anymore

The top stats thing when you scroll down on the main page anymore. It was really useful to see the 10 latest posts. But only when I'm logged in. When I log out it appears again.

Yeah, but I'm lazy since it means an extra click and I kinda liked the thing below. It was much easier to see the latest posts that way. And I'm a grumpy old bastard who doesn't like change, lol! The weird thing is that I can still see the darn thing when I'm logged out
