Tea thread

I hate tea. Well all of the common teas I've tried except for oolong or whatever is sold as green tea and Jasmine tea. I think this means I don't like black teas?

I'm going to get some Iron Goddess of Mercy tea that I tried from a guy at work that was nice.

Don't like rooibos either.

And the fruit infused and most of the cleansing stuff I don't like either.

I think I'm coming down with a cold. Usually I drink coffee, but I really can't bring myself to when I have a cold hence the search for tea options.

I drink only Kenya highland tea, and only the kind which is finely ground (I call it floor sweepings). Big spoonfuls free-flowing in a mug boiled up with milk and sugar, the way I was used to as a kid in Kenya.

Tea for me I generally like simple, stick to good old Yorkshire!

I do drink green tea as well but have boxes of the stuff from trips to China, green tea I?ve had here has normally been pretty awful

Yuck hate sweet Lennon ginger type drinks. People destroy bad whisky like this too.

Scottish Blend, no milk, one sugar. Brewed strong.
I love black tea with a light cigar such as an ERdM, LGC or HdM

I also hate tea. Man up banos and have a strong black coffee - will do you good.

I went off coffee when I had a chest infection recently.

Can?t beat a good Turkish coffee (or Greek) or a good espresso. But I do enjoy a nice cup of Darjeeling, assam or orange poke much nicer black, milk ruins the flavour
