  • Cruising collection & Abu Dhabi question.

So packed now for our cruise, here's my main smokes.

We will fly back from Abu Dhabi, has anyone recent experience of the selection & pricing there? I assuming will be very similar to Dubai.

Had asked friends to look previously and it?s certainly nothing on Dubai, my main concern was they sent photos and the storage looked questionable but I?m sure it?s worth checking out. It doesn?t have a big proper lcdh like Dubai

Well there's certainly la casas in Abu Dhabi https://baqermohebi.com/our-brands/tobacco-brands/

Looking forward to the feedback. Have a great trip and hope you get to smoke all off your sticks!

Just realised you said cruising and I was talking about airports, completely ignore my advice!

We are indeed cruising but leave the ship in Dubai & are taken by coach to Abu Dhabi airport, to fly home.

What's the reasoning behind the numbering Simon?

Ah well try and buy before the airport at one of the lcdh?s then would be my suggestion but I?ve never visited them got to be better than the little airport shop though

Airport is cheaper than LCDHs I believe [emoji41]

I was in Abu Dhabi 2 months ago. Took the plane in Dubai though. I visited the LCDH in Abu Dhabi mall as stated by Banos. There are a few older regionals and a few discontinued smokes but very expensive. Dont bother for reg productions, way too expensive as well

Glad you asked James, the numbers are there as part of my next post, a competition to name all the smokes. Will try to post tomorrow & it'll run for the weekend. Don't list any before the official post is made, you'll just be giving points away!

Good idea Simon especially for those who fairly newish. For newbies a great resource regarding Cuban cigars, past and present is available at www.cubancigarwebsite.com. The information is endless and a great way to familiarise yourself with all the different marques, vitolas and explains box codes etc etc etc..........

If you want to buy...I would recommend buying in the terminal on the way back home as you won't be taxed on the recent tobacco tax which is quite high...you can email them and they will put stock away for you etc waiting for you to collect and buy.

Is that the Air port or the Port Terminal Shaz?
