Almost 1k bottles - are you kidding? No, it?s a rearrangement and rebuild, so I?m installing single bottle racking and this will create space and order. I?m probably going to sell off a lot of bottles that?ve become so ridiculously expensive that I can?t afford to drink them myself[emoji23][emoji23]

That's a decent cellar to be sure! I once had around 250bottles but ran it down when the wife stopped drinking reds, much cheaper in Belgie, never bought a case of wine before I moved there but money better spent on cigar these days.

1) life is too short for cheap wine and
2) don’t ever throw pearls for pigs

Fu.....ck, wine racks done, but still 20 bloody cases without racking. Ahh, well I?ve now dug and cleared my way to the WIH space in the back.
Separation from wine cellar will be with a New York steel/glass wall with door (ordered - 3 weeks delivery).
Shelving in cedar from either Spain or the US, depending on where the price works out best.[emoji41]
