Construction, burn, ash all solid - first third was very mild - subtle flavours - I must admit I thought what was all the fuss? - but 2nd third it really started to stretch its legs flavourwise it was great and remaining third strength increasing - very very slight bitterness in final third - think they could do with a little more time, but not much more - think this will only improve

couldn't help but run a quick search. I think a lot of folk here are quite philosophical about this https://www.ukcigarforums.com/showth...-good-for-you!

Suspect if you?re actively worrying about health benefits they may counter the other positive mental health effects though!

Good luck Stevieboy hope it all goes well....no offence you saying your giving up is like when gojira saying he was giving up last year....you two have the CAD genie and ain't giving up any time soon....look at the collection [emoji16]

In all honestly....I was toying with the idea as I don't get much chance to smoke as often especially while my Mrs was pregnant and now with two young children...but the mental peace I have when I have one....out weights in my mind the negative health affects it can have imho.

Haha! I gave up buying cigars for a couple of months.... So it worked, for a short time period but it did.

Great page quoted there Banos, had forgotten that one, nice pic of JLo too. Surely easier to cut down to a couple a week Stevie? Minimal risk for maximum pleasure.
