I have to say, I don't understand why some of you are not interested in larger RGs. Bigger cigars are easier to smoke. You don't have to be overly careful not to draw to fast etc. I also never had an issue with the size in my mouth, though I don't half swallow a cigar either like many do (Sauters comes to mind).

I had great skinny and great fatties. As long as the blend fits the size, I don't see any reason why to have a certain preference either way.

I think I?m reality, as with most things, it comes down to personal preferences because we?re all different.

Some people but vomit colour cars for some reason but if they like it, then fair enough.

As for my own preferences, I swing both ways (so to speak!) And it really comes down to what I fancy when I open the humidor!

I'd still smoke a bigger gauge cigar like a churchill, think it's more that I don't like short, fat sticks like robustos that much any more. I mean, I'll smoke one, but if prefer a mag 46 or something I think. Too short and it's like oh I'm at the band already. Taking it to the extreme the thought of smoking a choady nub like this fills me with dread
        Stay smoky

I smoke Havana's from 28-56rg but my avge is 42. With the exception of piramides, not keen on a ove 50 but will have the occasional Behike ect.
I find The skinnies have more flav but of course they are being deleted in swathes.

I am not a big fan of wider ring gauges to be honest, I just find anything over 52 to be uncomfortable to smoke
