I?m loving southern Italy Primativo?s at the moment. Currently drinking a Primativo Rose (lightly unusual grape for a Rose but boy, flavour bomb and better than any Provence Rose I?ve ever had (including Whispering Angel)) at the moment and it?s exquisite. If you can get hold of them in your neck of the woods, do so!
