Hahaha! Yeah, driving in Paris sucks!

Now that would be great! I would even dig out something good for us to enjoy!

Just revisited a RG North Star this evening. Keep them tucked in - they are asleep now[emoji41] no pic.

A little late to the party, but I got around to smoking the Trinidad Reyes.

I was a little disappointed with this one, not much depth of flavour and had to relight it many times.

That’s a shame, they are my favourite short smoke although admittedly that is based on my 2011s. My 2017s don’t have the same magic yet so, a bit like cohiba, they likely need some serious age to shine.

many relights could be down to the humidity, how long have you had it in your humidor?

Probably 3 weeks. Small tupperware with a 62% Boveda pack [emoji1303]

@Max I smoke many similar sticks from the same humidor (that have been in there quite a while) and get relight issues on some and not others.

It could be an age or pot luck thing WRT the taste of the cigar. Until you've tried a few you dont know. Again I've had good and not so good sticks from the same box (as they are selected by wrapper colour) but the blends are supposed to have consistency. I dont recall how many farms supply leaves for a blend in a single season - or even if they can span seasons!
                .--
I think I may finally have this CAD under control...

Thanks [MENTION=13372427]ha_banos[/MENTION] for the info [emoji1303]

I've been doing exactly that, enjoying the good ones when they come along and just putting the not so great ones down to bad luck [emoji6][emoji1303]

But of course one becomes reluctant to rely on ones luck too many times [emoji389][emoji389][emoji389] Yet we must. But usually things are good.
