Would have picked up a couple or three boxes of these this year had Covid not kicked in and knackered everyone?s travel plans

I?m hoping that they?ll all still be sat there, it took the shops quite a while to get through the LGCs so I?d expect these to be available for another year + now

Unless they?ve been shifting in new ways within Spain but that seems unlikely

In my limited experience, they remind me of a rougher D4, they're really tasty but have a rough edge to them.

I've two left and they wont see a match for a while.

That's a plan to sit on them mate, like I said in post above I've limitrd experience but they definitely have potential.

A JLP (cazedores I think) I picked up in Spain a couple of years back. These can be really good so fingers crossed some humidor time has worked some magic!

Oh wow would never expect that from a LFdC intriguing. The Marca tends to really shine after a fair few years down

Decent! I really enjoyed it. Easy draw, nice and smooth. No real flavours but it was very smokable

banos was saying the same, I think I need to go easy on the ones I have, not try too hard with them. They?ve been burning and smoking badly but as banos suggested, I?ve 10 sat in dry box [emoji3] fingers crossed

You only need to try dryboxing one first for a few days as an experiment...

To be honest, I figured so far pretty much all of them have been poor. So I need to switch it up!
If I DB these and smoke them over the next two weeks, I can see how they fair- I think it was Vitola who said he?d boxed a couple of sticks for some time and they really good.

This has reminded me to try another from my '17 box. I had one a couple of months ago and it was bloody lovely. Surprisingly strong though! I'm planning on aging them

Could just be a bad box, I don't imagine quality control is all that with JLP. It does make you wonder if the cheaper sticks are a false economy sometimes if loads of them are unsmokable

Correct - usually if I have a poor one I will dry box them for anything up to 10 - 14 days. It certainly improves them in my experience. I don?t think the length of time dry boxing them for a couple of weeks if I forget them affects the cigars negatively

Been a while since I've posted on one of these, suppose I've had a more than busy last year or so but went to mow the lawn last night and grabbed a cigar I've been meaning to enjoy since the start of the year.

Bol?var Gran Belicoso (Colecci?n Habanos 2010).
