  • I'm finding it hard to finish reading my current book. Which is a bit of a dry read [emoji57]

Bit I'm trying to force myself as I'm looking forward to the next one!

        • Resurrecting this thread!

Currently reading Blindness by Saramago, much darker than I expected (though I'm not sure what I expected) but I'm really enjoying it.

Can't beat a smoke and a good book!

              Whereabouts is the shop?

No idea when I'll next be in Paris, but I'll have to pop in!

                  A great read.

                        • A friend gifted me an E-Reader for my 50th. I just started reading the first Craig S. Zahlers novel (A Congregation of Jackals) as I like his movise quite a bit. The novel is pretty much in the same style as his movies, the characters are mostly of bunch of likeable losers, the dialogue is pretty funny and there are passages of excessive violence. I'm already looking forward to his other books.

I presume you've read the Phoenix Project? That's done the rounds a bit. An odd one, but a nice intro for some peeps.

I've a signed copy of the phoenix project. Very relevant book in our industry. You know it's designed after a management book called the goal. I still check if people have read it. And if they get it.
