    Yea always an risk....what was it? Hence why I always get cigars written on the declaration.

    Yes but that is also illegal so therefore against the rules To encourage members to do that.

    bring back for their own consumption and later gift on perhaps... but specific trips with the sole purpose of bringing tobacco back into the country, will be seen negatively... a la booze cruise cigarette buying when the Chunnel launched...
