I too am very jealous of you Steve!

As for Christmas Day... I shall almost certainly be cigar-less. Staying at my parents, no smoking in the house, bloody freezing outside. Unlikely that I will want to brave the snowdrifts in the garden. If I do, then I shall enjoy the RA Superiores from last Friday (it is, sadly, the only cigar I have with me - not a bad one to be stuck with though).

I have a Vintage Christmas planned/ a stick from the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's & 90's prepared. Of course I know from experience not all plans work out at Christmas, especially when visiting friends, even in a smoke friendly house but here's hoping. Have a grand time yourselves, catch you all Boxing day.

Smoking a RyJ Wide Churchill right now as I mentally prepare to cook our Xmas dinner tonight.

          Merry Xmas everyone!

Managed a Hoyo EpiEsp EL2004 yesterday in the father-in-laws smoking room, nice hour long smooth smoke, full flavoured earthyness and a bit of spice in second half.

Petit Edmundo today whilst out for an Xmas day stroll along the Fife coast. Malty and sweet to begin but nothing to write home about after first inch or so.

Every one of my intended smokes went titties up and I only managed a vintage Monte #1 which was as smooth as a nut and very tasty....my cold was hanging around plus I ended up with a mild hangover at about 6pm and I didn't want to fire up a JL Suprema and not appreciate it....

I'm going to start with a pre-prandial stick from Andy's vintage sampler smokes...probably the RyJ no2....looking forward to that.

My wife's giving me a box of JL UK REs for my Xmas so one of those is likely to follow.

Once the weans are off to bed it'll be a Cohiba Sublimes for the finale....

All of the above is contingent on the looming cold dissipating....
