Short smokes

I *know* this has been done to death, but I'm going to write a new blog on H&F's cigars.co.uk and wondered if anyone had strong opinions on what short smokes are the best.

So far I have this list:

Partagas Short
HdM PR
Monte PR

Does anyone want to add to it? I might have to get what you suggest to me, so I can faithfully add them to the article!

Does Mag 48 count as short - they are GREAT!

RASCC are another fave as of course are the Reyes.

My top three short smokes would be:
Mag 48
Party Short
HdM PR

I've got some Monte PR's on the way to me, can't wait to give them a go...

How short is short, though? Are we talking Entreacto short?

Id echo the party shorts always a staple in the humi but the Hoyo PR is smoking so well right now, another couple worth a mention are RASCC and Boli Bonitas

This could go on forever Dean. I think you need to make a few guidelines as to what constitutes a short smoke. Length, gauge, discontinued/availability etc. ELs and REs etc.

I'm not convinced that 50 ring Petit Robusto are short smokes though they are short length. My cut off suggestion would be Tres Petit Coronas.

It has to be included. Along with the Secretos it's right up in the top Perla which would also include the Monte 5, RyJ Petit Princess and Punch Petit Punch.

Can't miss out ERDM DT surely, they are the shortest smoke & with a few yrs, an excellent smoke.

RASCC, Siglo I, Party short, Reyes are all excellent reliable good short smokes in my opinion.

No I won't give any stipulation of size etc, I'll just see what ones I've seen before, grab a couple, and go from there.

Reyes seems a good shot, and the '48 I love too - will add that for sure.

I'm getting quite fond of the hoyo du depute.

No longer in production but petite punch has been a staple for me for the last few years for a short smoke. Also second the RASCC.
