Seeing as it's the same length as the party short I guess it counts, so my vote goes for the Ramon Allones Lusitanos (portugal RE) (happy to send a sample Deano (partly cos I would love some others opinions of what I think is a great smoke!))

Bolivar Coronas Junior and Punch Petit Punch; even then I would suggest that smoking them in less than 35 minutes is probably too fast. Anything longer I think is a stretch to call it a 'short smoke' IMO. Reyes is venturing into Petit Corona area and that could encompass loads of cigars!
