Yes, that was the one that interested me, not into the 58RG +'s,

I'm not a fan of the bigger stuff either, although I am going to get a 6x66 El Diablo just for the novelty factor [emoji14] and make damn sure no one ever sees me smoking it!!

Au contrair - big sticks look boss, it's the skinnies I don't smoke in public [emoji6]

            Though 66 is silly yes.
            Stay smoky

              Tbh I think I'd probably look as silly smoking a 7.5" lancero as a 66RG monster [emoji14]

The preference I've found so far is anything between ~42 up to 52/54ish, although I'm yet to try anything bigger

Last night after dinner I retired to the shed with a large cappuccino and an El Viejo Contintente Maduro Lancero.

At ?7.10 I wasn't expecting the world. At UK prices you don't get much for ?7.10. A Nicaraguan La Invicta or a Cuban Piedra Conservas would be the competition. For the record I've had some great Conservas but got them abroad where they are sixty euros a box.

I once bought a la Rica maduro torpedo from mysmokingshop and didn't smoke more than an inch of it before having to stop. It was foul.

So anyway. Back to this. It was lovely, not as good as the Oliva V Lancero I had last Year but not far off. It lasted about 90 minutes. It was full in flavour and very rich. I'm not one for describing flavours, but it wasn't peppery spicy, more coffee, leathery, dark chocolate.

In conclusion for seven quid in the UK this is a fantastic cigar. I have one more of these and another from boutique smokes that I'll report back on when I smoke it, (the Kafie 1901 torpedo.)

Cigars from boutique smokes were packed in a plastic bag with a little boveda, surrounded by a load of shredded paper in a very sturdy box. Ordered Tuesday night. Sent Wednesday. Arrived Thursday. 5 pounds p and p. Very good.

I wish Boutique Smokes all the best. It is good to have another UK seller that is offering something different at a great price.

Found those reviews, seem like a bit of a mixed bag then. Once I make some space I'll probably pick up a sampler and give them a try myself, bearing in mind the price.
