  • How often do you open your humidor for a sniff?

I have to say I find it difficult to resist a good blast of La Habana each and every day, I love the honk and one a week I will move the sticks around a bit, mainly because I like the sexy smell on my fingers.

Edward Sahakian of Davidoff in London taught me very early on that a little fresh oxygen was necessary every now and then so I am doing right by my cigars and enjoying a little olfactory stimulation too!

I am just the same! Sometimes I forget for a few days when I am busy, but I love the whiff and have bags of fun rotating the stock!

I've got a great cigar collection - it's actually not a collection, because that would imply I wasn't going to smoke every last one of 'em.

It ranges by size of humi, the smaller ones, almost daily, the biggies are less frequent, probably once every couple of weeks

Most days I have a look and think about which one I will smoke next!

Pretty much daily for my small humi, I'm removing the contents to smoke

The Wine cooler I open once a week to check if the beads need a top-up.

I've yet to find at any time the aroma of 'knickers' , maybe they smell like cigars ..... anyone care to do some research???

I have sniffed a few in my time and yet to find any that smell like cigars...

                        The quest goes on.

Only have one humi but have to get a smell every day......just to check the humidity you understand.

I move my sticks around once a week to rotate (yeh right like I know what I'm talking about).

I have a peek and a sniff every day, and then wonder why the humidity goes down 1%....It's ok though because it has gone back up 1% by the time I take a look the next day. I call this maintaining a stable humidity.
