  • The threat of plain packaging on cigars. - Action Required TODAY!

Did you know that the Ramon Allones brand was named after one of the first people to introduce beautiful packaging on cigar boxes or that banker German banker H. Upmann was one of the first to introduce beautiful printing on his cigar boxes bound for the English market.

For those of you lucky enough to have cigar boxes in your humidors take them out and just consider what those boxes would look like if, instead of being beautifully printed they were just plain white paper covered in all kinds of nasty messages about smoking with nasty pictures.

This is the threat that the UK market is already under. The plain packaging initiative has already been adopted in Australia.

If you want to help stop this happening register your protest here http://allsingingalldancing.com/clie...actionthisday/ and do it TODAY!

Done. But I'm doubtful about a happy outcome .... what the do-gooder, rule makers want they'll generally push through regardless!

Is the alcohol in The House Of Commons still tax free?? Perhaps they could tackle something much more dangerous like the youth drinking culture and start by setting the example of paying for it in the same way that everyone else does!!

Done too but it won't make a difference.

Making the packaging plain won't either.

Plain stoopid if you ask me.

Done from me, gemma and my dad.

My flat mate is currently being paid ?8 per hour (be a temping agency) to get people to sign up for plain packaging (ironic as he keeps taking fag breaks). But it shows the budgets that the do-gooders have available.

His next campaign is for minimum alcohol pricing, which will be more ironic as he is normally pissed at work.

You must deal with your flatmate immediately.

                          Hide his clipboard or something
