You'll find no cigar smoker inhales into the lung, otherwise a nasty surprise will happen!
With Hamlets and King Eds I am sure people do, but not proper cigars!

Not strictly true....when I first started smoking proper cigars I had just given up cigarettes (I used to smoke 20-30 Marlboro Reds a day). I was so used to inhaling smoke into my lungs that I did precisely that with every cigar I smoked. And I felt absolutely fine - no dizziness, sickness or anything. Even with stronger cigars such as Bolivar or Partagas I inhaled every puff deep into my lungs, with no noticable ill effects.
Anyway, when I eventually overcame my addiction to nictotine I trained myself not to breathe in cigar smoke. This wasn't easy at all, as it felt so natural to just breathe in the lot. I now generally don't inhale smoke into my lungs but I still very occasionally forget not to. And when I do accidentally breathe it in there's no nasty surprise.....maybe I just have lungs of steel! lol
If you want a midget to look like a baby, don't put a cigar in his mouth.
