I agree with some earlier advise of having fun with it. Don't take it too seriously, take your time and if you don't know then ask, the guys on here won't judge any questions (even if you think they're silly).

some great advice in here, I know I listened to some of these guys advice and they are right. I think santa damiana are a great cigar for someone not used to them mild and creamy but still tasty and don't go straight for a churchil you may regret it, when I first started I got tubed sticks so no need for a humidor. also find a friendly tobacconist mine is brilliant, kriss at the black swan (www.thebackyshop.co.uk ) he knows his stuff.
