        Hola senor Robusto,

        The short answer to your question is yes. One's ability to savor the aroma of a fine puro deminishes as you begin to smoke. I have found that the best way to fully appreciate a puros aroma is to wave the puro near the nose immediatly after lighting, but before you actually begin to smoke the stick.
