Had an '07 Partagas Culebra gifted to me, they're just good fun, as soon as I get a cabinet humidor I'll be sticking a box in there because when the occasion comes up that you've got a couple smoking buddy's around I couldn't think of anything funner to pull out, they smoke good, they're bloody nice sticks tbf.
Ordered one of these Regius Culebra's, good price, little bit of novelty and each stick's got a different wrapper so be fun to play a little comparison between them!

Well....I'll be taking my leave as often as I can and sitting down in the harbour staring into the distance with a hipflask of rum and a stick in my mouth. My Mrs' cousin likes a cigar or two so he'll keep me company.

Broken balls = no more grandchildren, you'll be safe from nonnaOriginally posted by MarkLondon View PostIt is mate...I can't wait.....they weren't amazingly happy at buying me stuff to smoke but....nothing I'd rather have right now and can't afford to treat myself to those things so they stumped up for it.
I'm in Italy for xmas so plan on smoking quite a few while over there....as long as my mother in law doesn't break my balls!

The Story as I heard it is the workers were allowed to take some home so they made them like this so they could take three times as many home.Originally posted by PeeJay View PostThere's a history Sarge. The workers were supposedly allowed to take home three cigars a day for personal use and to stop them selling them on the owners made them like this. Its called a 'culebra' which is Spanish for snake.

That is gonna be an awesome present by the sounds of itOriginally posted by MarkLondon View Posthaha....hamlets.....that's what my folks would have got me if I hadn't ordered them myself for them to give me...along with the Xikar cutter/lighter combo and World of Habanos book. I can't remember the sticks I ordered so they will be a pleasant surprise this weekend.

R.E the twisted cigars...when you undo them and you have 3 separate cigars aren't they still all twisted and awkward to smoke?

Well word on the grapevine is that a family member has bought a cigar sampler for my xmas present. I doubt one of those will be in it and for all I know it could be Hamlets, but I guess we'll see

Wouldn't it make more sense to just buy 3 instead?
