My smoking shop usually have a few LE's or H&F aged that the others don't have too! Fox' are pretty competitive on price too but in fairness to CGARS if you send them an email stating what you're after they'll price match and usually sort delivery etc... I appreciate that they are selling high end luxury goods to the more discerning customer but you do tend to get good old fashioned proper service from all of these merchants...

I just wish they would drop the guaranteed cheapest price claim, in favour of actually making sure that they are the cheapest in the first place.

Agreed - whilst I can't fault Mitch and his team's exemplary service, I do find their 'best price guaranteed' to be highly disingenuous - a 'price match guarantee' would be a far fairer reflection of the actual guarantee. I can't remember the last time CGars were cheaper than JJF online - the much larger range is the only thing, currently, which leads me to buy from CGars on occasion, it's just too much hassle to get a price matched.

That said, jolly nice new site.

The new site is a lot easier to navigate for certain, I quite like it. Though I just bought my second (small) box of cigars as those SLR Petit Coronas were cheaper than JJFox with that 20combo code from page one. The fiance isn't too impressed but it sets me up for months smoking and a tube for the cigar pass when my turn rolls around.

Agree, looks smart, easy to read. Not reinvented the wheel but it is an improvement. Would like to be able to search by vitola though..

Comments taken aboard regarding price match so we have now tasked one of our marketing Team to monitor all UK competitor pricing to ensure we are always the best value in the UK. First two brands will be completed within 48 hours ( Montecristo and Bolivar)
