No it is written into law any place who main business comes from tobacco sale can have a sampling room for cigars and tobacco purchased from themselves. Though this is not in the Scottish or welsh regulation

sorry, wanted to clarify this a long time ago ever since they banned smoking in 'public owned' places on this side of the pond

I don't actually mind smoking alone as I can relax but have to agree with Mark that its more enjoyable in company. Will have to have a garden herf in the summer if we can arrange it.

I hear you Sarge....and that was my original point really, it seems in the States there are lots of cigar lounges that are full of everyday people smoking everyday sticks not 'posh' terraces where you are obliged to spend at least ?25 on a stick.

I wish we had some over here....I realise you can pop into JJ's and sample one and a few other places but they are all in roughly the same area in the center.

Anyway.....I raise my cigar and salute you all.

Like I've said before, I really dislike smoking alone so it does restrict smoking opportunities. I usually smoke when I see my brother or with my very casual smoking friends at a poker night or at the end of a pub session

I like to smoke while I am driving. I will also light up at a bar....right now it is just too cold to smoke outside for any length of time.

Surely not 'everywhere' in Cuba Ryan? Plently of No Smoking areas now, although the weather means it's usually fine to smoke outside, I had a day or two where that wasn't feasible either.
