Before you go ahead and possibly explode the wrappers .... have you thought about bringing them up to 65-69% gradually.

They are already at 65 but seem dryer than the rest... I think due to bad storage before I got them.

Also, are you prepared to sacrifice one. The humidity for Kingstone this morning is 92%. Take one from the box and put it in the conservatory (if you have one) or on a window sill with the window slightly open if you don't. Make sure it won't be exposed to direct sunlight. Leave it out all day and put it back into the 65% environment this evening, let it stabilise there for several days .... smoke it and see what you think.

No box date. I bought the entire contents of an off license cabinet about 10 years ago... They were probably 5 years or more by then too so they are very old.

I might try it... About 8 left so why not?

It was... 12 monte 2's, 5 Cuaba Generosos, a single Esplendido, 5 punch punch, 6 Romeo Churchills, couple of Bolivar and about 7 odd ones I've forgotten. Bought the lot for ?100 cash.
