I would agree, which beggars the question what were 2003 banded cigars doing in a 98 'sealed' box? not that it matters I 'spose if they were just a fiver and smoke well.

yea i wasn't on about the good deal in my view but thought it interesting taht it had newer bands.

It would not say 98 would be a alphanumerical code like ccnu two letters for month and 2 for year.

i could be wrong but from viewing the pic of the bands they look younger than 1986 i'm thinking 2003 or younger.
