Do you find after smoking thick guage cigars on a regular basis then go for a smaller guage cigar for a quick smoke they just don't feel right in the hand
or when smoking them bit like smoking a fag
I enjoy em all. Especially 3 in 1 day increasing in gauge, after each meal. Yet to all be the same make, bhk52/54/56 for example or ERDM Demi tasse/ Choix supreme/ anniversario

I've never tried a same-brand 3in1 either Joe.... Good idea though: thumb:
sorry to answer a question with a question but...why not?
Because variation is nice?
I rarely smoke 2 of the same brand in the same day; that's if I do smoke more than 1 in a day which isn't too often even though I did do that yesterday with a Hoyo PR and then PL montecarlo before bed
I sometimes wish a pc was robusto thick, but if I'm smoking a long skinny i never want it to be thicker. I love big ring guage cigars but a long skinny is simply as good as it gets IMO.

I've never smoked anything I could think of as long/skinny - so two questions:
1) - What is it that makes them so attractive / good?
2) - What are examples of sticks that are long/skinny?
I'm curious.....

Theres something about the concentration of flavours I get when with combining a small ring guage and a long length. You have to take your time with them, draw on them slowly and you get suprising smoke output and flavour. I also find the flavours evolve more throughout the cigar than the bigger ring guages.
They're probably not for everyone but I love them.
My favourite is the le hoyo du gourmet, creamy woody sticks with a hint of sweetness. The monte especiales are the best vitola monte produce imo. Others include Por Larragnaga Montecarlos, Trinidad Fundadores, Cohiba Lanceros. Unfortunately there aren't many others as they've discontinued most of them.
