    I like them - well, the ones I've smoked anyway.
    And I'd like to get some more, but don't know what to get.

    So far I have had:
    Lusitania = Awesome
    P2 = Awesome
    Culebras = Very good
    D2 = Awesome
    3 Party Shorts = Utter turdy dogshite

    Although the lusitania was my favourite, there's not much point as they're too big a smoke for me and the time I have available.
    Would get the P2, although to a degree, the same applies.
    Which leaves me with the D4

    So my question is - aside from the D4 - What else in their range has a similar taste profile and would take up to as long as the D4 to smoke?
    I think has some older D5s available - but I don't know how they compare.
    Or maybe I should look at some of the smaller RGs they do?

    Help me brothers!
    (and yes, that does mean I'll be selling some other stuff to pay for it..... But I figure I like partagas at the moment, so I may as well replace something I'm not smoking with something I will!).

    I know you're not generally a fan of skinnies, but the PC Especiales are quite a tasty smoke IME. I've been through the best part of a box and flavour wise, they're generally on point. Tight draws have let a few down though.

      Surprised you don't like the Shorts, get wee powerhouse, I'd try a few more different boxes. 898's are rather wonderful if you like the Party profile, the LE & RE's are all rather good but of course more expensive.

            But I want something nice to smoke now!
            Patience isn't a virtue of mine so the concept of aging my own is lost on me...
            And with a limited budget paying a premium for aged sticks that I haven't liked just doesn't sit right.....
            I have two d4s left and tbh, they'll be my next two smokes I think... So need something for when they're gone.

              The D 6 are excellent smokes
              Or try and pick up aged 898s
              Mitch sells the new D6 but not cheap

                898 and Shorts are both excellent. Try the Shorts again but from a different box as you may have had a a few duff ones. Honestly, they're amazing cigars

                    Ive found the party shorts fantastic after 12mnth not before , others differ

                    Buying a couple of cigars off the shelf ... no box codes can be a disaster , ive done it , young cigars and it puts you off

                    only my opinion , but when you buy cigars youre also buying time ,

                    buy boxes and age them , so my D4,s are 2011 and smoking beautiful , whilst i have 2012 2014 boxes sleeping in the humis

                    for me ,

                    id buy a box of whatever with age take your time and enjoy them and try and buy some boxes to age yourself , whilst you smoke the others

                    that way you always have something aged to smoke and not paying a premium for it ... your buying time

                    i have no patience either , buy now smoke later , years later used to get to me also , but have realised IMO its the only way
