An interesting list of RE labels. Is the Serbian RE a new thing or is this list just generally incomplete/not been updated yet ?

There are two Baltic REs - I have had one (ERDM Vikingos) which is one of the very best cigars I have smoked but unfortunately is quite hard to find now as they only made 400 odd boxes and that was back in 2007, I haven't tried the other one (ERDM Balthasar) but am hoping to at some stage, I think they're more readily available

Bulgaria, Russia and Serbia have also had regionals, but I haven't tried any of them.

In terms of where to travel to get some, the only place I have been to is in Vilnius (which incidentally is the only proper cigar shop in Lithuania), but I got the last one there a couple of years ago!

If you're interested in going there I posted about my experience a couple of years ago: http://www.ukcigarforums.com/showthr...506#post205506

They can try the one shop in Vilnius - it was a couple of years ago that I visited so they may have got more REs since then, other than that I don't think Lithuania is going to be too great for you (cigars aren't cheap either)

I could help with Poland. What do you mean by Regional? Sorry I couldnt find this in dictionary
                Three Laws are:
                1. A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
                2. A robot must obey the orders given to it by human beings, except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
                3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

A special edition for one country only. Try to find one of Ryan's posts, he has a picture of a regional band as his avatar

As PJ said, they're specially released cigars for one particular country. Click the link I posted above to see the bands that go on the cigars.

All right. There was no regional cigars for Poland. No one from biggest suppliers have any other regional cigars in stock at the moment.

I wonder if Poland is included in the Baltic Region edition?

I doubt it - it is probably just that Poland hasn't had a regional; not every region gets one every year

Just found that Baltic Edition is released to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and selected parts of Finland.
