I did the same a while ago and froze my whole 100ct and my 25ct's contents. Mine smoke fine after it, but yeah it'll be fine to smoke the JLP. Is it a UK vendor you got it from?
Good news is that I've just received a reply from the supplier and they will replace the cigar on my next order. Which is nice of them and pay day is tomorrow so I'll be making another order [emoji3]
It could well be the beetle did that between manufacture and Habanos' freezing chamber as was suggested on another forum recently. Habanos freeze all their export sticks so this shouldn't have happened post that.
Its decent that the vendor is willing to replace the single cigar, but honestly mate i would of packed up the entire delivery and got a refund.
This is an expensive hobby regardless to buying your in the UK or elsewhere, as smokers we have to except this is a fragile product to ship and the occasional crack will happen from time to time, but to receive a package with beetles is another thing!

If you can return them easily and get a refund or exchange I would do it. It's in the vendors interest that they know and they in turn will likely be reimbursed. It was Habanos' beetle after all.
If you want to, you can.
And, if you can, you must!

All from the delivery are in the freezer so surely once I'm done freezing them, all the beetles will be gone? So no need to send them back right?
